He participated in the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys' "Need To Know" seminar, which is an on going educational series directed towards new and aspiring personal injury attorneys and their staff. Rob spoke on the topic of “Understanding and Addressing The Needs of The Claims Professional" in the context of advancing a client's claim towards a favorable resolution.
